Yes. We are currently accepting patients at our new office location.

  • What kind of insurance do you accept?

We are network with: Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna, Priority Health PPO and Medicare.

Before meeting with us, it is recommended that you contact your insurance carrier to make sure our practice is in network with your particular plan. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask questions and get familiar with your benefits. We will do our best to assist you in understanding your benefits but we do encourage you to take a proactive role in all aspects of your health care, including insurance.

  • How can I get refills on my prescriptions?

To refill your prescription, we ask that you email us or call several days prior to running out of your medication. Be prepared to give us your name, medication, dosage and the name and location of the pharmacy you’d like your prescription sent. Please give us 24 to 48 hours to handle your refill request.

**Certain prescriptions cannot be sent electronically and must be picked up in our office.

  • I need to see a doctor immediately, what are my options?

In the event of a true emergency, you need to call 9-1-1 or go to the ER immediately.

If you need to see a doctor and are a current patient, please give us a call and we will make every attempt to try to fit you into the schedule. If you are a new patient or our schedule is completely booked, we recommend you visit Urgent Care for treatment.

For non-urgent communications, we ask that you give us 24 to 48 hours to reply.

  • What is integrative medicine?

Integrative medicine uses a healing-oriented approach where the physician considers the patient as a whole before treating their symptoms. This allows them to find the root cause to your problem and draft a natural solution.

  • How is integrative medicine different from conventional medicine?

Unlike traditional medicine, our alternative approach focuses on finding the root cause of the problem instead of just the immediate symptoms. After uncovering the cause, our physicians draft a natural healthcare plan tailored to each individual patient. Treatment plans can range from a change in diet to a new fitness, yoga or meditation routine to taking new vitamins or supplements. Integrative medicine also focuses on providing preventative care by helping to strengthen your body’s overall immune system.

  • What are the benefits of integrative medicine?

Integrative medicine provides less invasive opportunities to cure chronic and acute health issues. Using natural methods such as diet, exercise, yoga, meditation and more, integrative medicine’s philosophy is that no two patients are the same and should never be treated as such. Because of this, our physicians work diligently to understand the root cause of each patient’s symptoms and create a healthcare plan customized to the patient’s needs and lifestyle. This enables a connection on a deeper level between provider and patient — resulting in better overall care.

  • Who can benefit from integrative health practices?

Anyone who is suffering from acute or chronic pain can benefit from seeking integrative care. Whether you have severe or sudden back pain, chronic headaches and migraines or are simply interested in practicing preventative care, our experienced physicians are prepared to provide you with the tools you need to optimize your body naturally.

  • Do I need to seek care if my pain is acute?

Yes, it is recommended to make an appointment with us if you are feeling acute or sudden pain. Ignoring these symptoms is dangerous, as they can be signs of something more serious and can even lead to chronic issues in the future.

  • Do you provide vitamins or supplements with my health plan?

Yes, we will be providing a variety of vitamins and supplements for our patients who need them. These will help give your body the extra nutrients it needs to operate at its most optimal level.
